I went to see Mr Fairley in September as I was deaf. My test results were inconclusive so Mr Fairley sent me for an MRI scan. That scan showed no problems with my hearing but that I have a pituitary tumour. Without Mr Fairley's efficiency, I would not likely to have known until symptoms showed themselves. He was so kind when letting me know the results as I was stunned to hear the word 'tumour'. He referred me quickly to an neurologist in London (or indeed the kind Mrs Fairley kept in touch with me,quickly making an appointment for me), What a kind, thoughtful and efficient team they are. I would recommend Mr Fairley to anyone and indeed have.

Mr Fairley treated my problem with severe build-up of ear wax very thoroughly and efficiently, and also took the time to explain the procedure and the causes of my ailment to me. He prepared me for the slight discomfort and dizziness that was likely to occur, and gave me more than sufficient time to recover before I left the treatment room. His advice on aftercare and preventing further problems was greatly appreciated. When I mentioned my ongoing sinus pains, he was kind enough to diagnose the problem, offer further advice, and write me a prescription, even though this was unrelated to my treatment. All this, combined with the fact he's a true gentleman who has a very reassuring manner, guarantees he would be the first person I would turn to should I suffer further ENT related issues.

Mr Fairley was just how a brilliant Doctor should be... he explained all in great detail.. nothing was too much trouble for him and I would certainly recommend him to anybody... all in all a thoroughly nice, polite and professional gentleman.

Felt very relaxed and confident with Mr Fairley during the proceedure and following. Had lengthy discussion as to what was the next step and I was asked and given my own input into the meeting. The appointment booking was very quick and efficient plus the followup appointment and xray appointment were on my husbands email by the time we returned home. I call that efficient.
